As we all know, volunteering and serving our community is a huge part of our kiwi culture. We can connect communities, support each other and enrich lives. So on today's public holiday, while i think of someone who gave her life to serve others, i raise a glass to acknowledge everyone who cares, and does their bit, to make all of our lives better.
